ERGA provides thought leadership and practical, fit-for-purpose solutions in the areas of remuneration strategy,  remuneration policy, remuneration design, variable pay design, shareholder and prudential disclosures and accountability.

ERGA was founded in 2025 by Rebekah Alexander, a performance, reward and governance professional with deep experience delivering solutions for ASX listed companies and APRA-regulated institutions.

Prior to establishing ERGA, Rebekah was the General Manager of Reward, Governance, Employee Relations and Safety at BOQ Group.
